Performed a gap analysis on an existing building that underwent a change of use in order to assist the client in gaining necessary approvals from the authorities.

Nascon Engineeering

Prepared a detailed inspection report to assist the project in readiness for final inspection by Civil Defense. This report was presented in both English and Arabic and also included attendance at the official Civil Defense inspection.
